Saturday around sun down is the start of Passover. If you don't know what Passover is here is a wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passover. Passover falls on the 15th day of the month of Nissan on the Jewish Calendar. It is usually kicked off with a Seder that occurs on the first night (and sometimes there is one on the second night), where you prepare special food and read a book called a Haggadah. For about a week Jews who partake in this event cannot eat anything leavened, such as cakes, breads, and various other baked goods. I hope that all of you celebrating Passover have a good Passover!
